Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Masaro (the “Service”), an AI-native task-management platform that turns ideas into well-scoped, agent-ready tasks. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Masaro
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using Masaro you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You can create an account with an email and password or by signing in with a supported provider such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Anonymous use
You can try the planning experience on our landing page without an account. Anonymous drafts are temporary, rate-limited, and may be deleted automatically. To save your work and keep planning, create an account — at which point an eligible draft can be carried into your first project.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you will not:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights with content you create or submit;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits, bot protections, or other safeguards;
- probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
- use the Service to generate or distribute malicious, deceptive, or harmful content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, plans, prompts, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending prompts to the AI providers that power our features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
Masaro uses third-party AI models to draft plans, tasks, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, and you should not treat it as professional advice. To provide these features, your prompts and related content are processed by our AI providers; see the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service availability and changes
We are actively developing Masaro and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security, or to manage load. We aim to avoid disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to Masaro and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that AI output will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masaro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
