My AI already writes plans. Why do I need a board?
Because those plans live in a chat thread or a file, and they are write-only: you can’t prioritize them, your teammates never see them, and the next session starts a fresh one. Masaro is where the plan lives instead: visible, ordered, and connected to the people and agents doing the work.
How is this different from vibe-coding?
Vibe-coding is prompting and iterating by feel, with a chat scrollback as the only record. Masaro is the opposite posture: plan first, define done, then let people and agents execute against a visible board. You keep the speed and lose the guessing.
Is this only useful if I use AI agents?
No. The board is a fast, keyboard-first tracker in its own right, and the planning tools (brainstorm, criteria, structure) help human-only teams too. Agents are one kind of worker on the board. Bring them in when you’re ready.
How is this different from Linear or Jira?
