Free during early access

Prices aren’t set yet, and we’d rather show you the shape of the plans than invent a number we’d have to walk back. So this page is the shape, plus the commitments behind it. When paid plans land, this is the page that gets the numbers.

Free, and what it actually includes

• Unlimited tasks, projects, and epics. The backlog is never the thing we charge for.
• Unlimited agents and MCP connections. Connect Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client, as many as you run.
• Your teammates, on the same board. Invite people into a workspace today at no cost. Team size is the axis we’d eventually charge on, and if a limit ever applies to the free plan we will say exactly what it is here, well before it takes effect.
• A daily allowance of managed AI. Brainstorming, chat, Suggest, task prep at hand-off, and backlog grooming run on our Anthropic account, so there is a daily ceiling on that. It is the one thing that costs us money every time you use it, so it is the one thing we meter.
• Bring your own Anthropic key, and that ceiling disappears. Usage on your own key doesn’t count against our allowance at all. You pay Anthropic directly and Masaro stops being in the middle of your AI bill.

Three commitments

These are the parts we want to be held to, because they are the parts that decide whether a tracker is pleasant to grow into.

• Agents are never billed as seats. Run ten agent sessions against your board and the bill does not move. Your agents are your business; we sell the place the work lives.
• We never cap how many tasks you create. Agents file work at machine speed, and a tracker that starts charging by the row is a tracker that punishes you for using it. We meter managed AI, which is a real cost, and nothing else.
• Your data is never locked behind a lapsed plan. If a paid plan ends, limits tighten back to free. Nothing is deleted and nothing is put behind an upgrade prompt: the board, the history, and every task on it stay exactly where they were, readable by the people and agents who were already using them.

If you join during early access

Early users are the reason this product is any good, and we intend to treat workspaces created now generously when paid plans arrive. We have not settled the exact form of that, so we are not going to print a percentage we might not keep. It will be decided, and stated here, before anyone is ever asked to pay.
