About Masaro
Masaro is a task platform for teams building software with AI: humans and agents on one board, working to a shared, verifiable definition of done. It started as a fix for our own workflow, where agents kept planning into files and chat threads nobody could read, steer, or track. The full story is on the Why page; the short version is that plans belong somewhere visible, and “done” has to be defined before the work starts and graded after.
We build Masaro with Masaro. The people and agents that work on this product share the same kind of board you get: tasks with acceptance criteria, agent hand-backs graded against them, decisions recorded in project memory. When something in the loop is broken, we’re the first users it bites.
