How Masaro thinks
Three ideas run through everything:
- Done is defined up front. Every task carries a verifiable acceptance criterion. No criterion, no contract; no contract, no way to grade the output, whether by a reviewer or against an agent’s claim.
- Context and progress are shared. Project memory (stack, decisions, conventions) and task structure (epics, dependencies, complexity) travel with every task, and everyone on the board sees the same status in real time. No standup required.
- Humans and agents share one board. Assign a task to a teammate, or mark it ready and let an agent claim it over MCP. Agents report progress, raise blockers, and hand work back for review, held to the same criteria as everyone else.
